Season Notes:

"Iron Men" 2005-2006. A solid core of wrestlers put together excellent Individual performances that will translate into a future run of winning teams. Coached by Ernest Peterson and his assistant Frank Juresh, the Norse went 2 and 12 in a rebuilding year for the Program in the Dairyland Conference. Senior Brett Klonecki capped off his wrestling career leading the team with 24 takedowns, 19 pins in a season and an Iron Man award. His 19 pins was a program record for a few seasons. All-Conference that year was Brett Klonecki, and Derrek McAnallen (soph). Sophomore Wes Dubiel became a sectional qualifier getting the farthest for the Norse that year in the WIAA Individual Tournament. Other wrestlers to note that year were Brandon Weichel (frosh), Chad Risberg (junior), and Chad Stellpflug (frosh) who all earned Iron Man status along with Klonecki.
